About Yossi Miller
Yossi Miller is a Partner and the head of the PCZL’s Real Estate Group. He has a diverse commercial law and litigation practice with an emphasis on a wide variety of major real estate projects, and he represents a broad spectrum of leading Israeli companies and funds, public as well as private.
Yossi’s real estate practice includes all manner of work for real estate companies involved in building, managing, and investing in real estate. He also represents companies from many other industries in connection with their real estate work, such as: permits, urban plans for new factories and office buildings, licensing, real estate taxes, and levies. In particular, Yossi counsels financial institutions with regard to property management, including purchases, sales and leases. Yossi has also handled numerous construction projects, and has extensive experience in joint ventures and project financing in Israel as well as Europe, Africa and Asia.
Prior to joining PCZL, Yossi founded and headed Miller – Sieradzki, a law firm that specialized in real property and intellectual property law, until its merger with PCZL in 2008.
Yossi has served for five years as a Judge of the Ethical District Court of the Israeli Bar, where he presides primarily over cases involving real estate lawyers.
