About Oded Kadosh

Oded is a Partner with the Commercial Practice Group in PCZL’s Boston office. Oded has a diverse transactional, corporate and commercial counseling practice with an emphasis on representing emerging growth companies, as well as venture capital funds and private investors, across a broad spectrum of industries. His client base includes clean-tech and renewable energy, life science, information technology, homeland security, software and Internet companies.

Oded has represented clients in numerous corporate transactions and has extensive experience in financing transactions of all types, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, reorganizations, recapitalizations and corporate governance matters. He also counsels corporate clients on a variety of commercial and strategic matters, including technology transfer and licensing with academic institutions and research centers, clinical trials with hospitals and medical centers, beta and reference site transactions, joint development, joint ventures, manufacturing and worldwide distribution and channeling transactions.

Prior to joining PCZL, Oded was a senior corporate associate with Danziger Klagsbald and Co., a leading commercial law firm in Israel.
