About Jessica Lin
Jessica is an Associate in the Intellectual Property, Litigation, and Patent Groups of PCZL’s New York office. She has experience in patent litigation and prosecution, and is well-versed in a wide range of hardware and software applications, including telecommunication networks, imaging and display systems, and signal and data processing.
Before joining PCZL, Jessica volunteered as a Law Fellow at the National Center for Law and Economic Justice, assisting low-income residents of New York in obtaining public benefits. Prior to law school, she interned at Motorola Inc., gaining experience in mobile devices and hardware integration, and at Thomson Reuters Corporation, creating financial analytics software applications. During law school, Jessica assisted a technology start-up company with their patent prosecution strategy and business development, and served as Vice-President of Boston University's Asian/Pacific-American Law Students Association. She clerked at McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP and worked as a patent analyst at Holtz Holtz Goodman & Chick PC. Jessica will be admitted to the New York and Massachusetts State Bars in 2012.
