About Jan Decker

Jan is Of Counsel to PCZL's Intellectual Property Group, practicing as both a German Rechtsanwalt and a New York attorney in Berlin, Germany. Jan’s practice includes litigating and prosecuting US patents and trademarks, with an emphasis on providing assistance to European clients during all aspects of the US litigation and prosecution processes. Jan also has extensive experience managing client patent portfolios throughout the corporate merger and acquisition process.

Prior to joining PCZL, Jan worked at Davidson, Davidson & Kappel, LLC in New York City, and at Paule & Partner in Germany.
