About Francine Alfandary
Francine Alfandary is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Groups in PCZL’s New York office. Francine has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, financing rounds, joint ventures, and licensing and distributorship arrangements. Her clients include technology companies, retail companies, and non-US companies with significant US interests. As her clients’ primary outside counsel, Francine provides on-going advice in the establishment, maintenance, and day-to-day activities of operating companies throughout the US.
Prior to joining PCZL, Francine was a partner in the New York office of a French law firm. She started her career in the San Francisco office of a major New York law firm.
Francine has been a member of the faculty of the Fordham University School of Law since 1995.
She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa at University of California, Berkeley.
