About Farha Jubran Miller
Farha is a Partner in the Real Estate, Commercial Law and Litigation Groups of PCZL’s Haifa office. She has handled a wide variety of commercial and real estate matters, including verifying real property rights, drafting real estate contracts, merger agreements, and construction contracts, leasing, tax planning, and real estate litigation. Her broad experience includes consulting on real estate and contract issues in connection with a large Israeli-Jordanian project in Aquaba. Farha has also represented large Israeli companies listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, such as the Israeli Salt Company, a member of the Dankner Group.
Prior to joining PCZL, Farha began her career with Fingerer Ran, a large Haifa firm working primarily in commercial law. As head of that firm’s banking department, her clients included Bank Leumi.
