About Doron Latzer

Doron is a founder of PCZL and the Senior Partner of PCZL’s Corporate Group. Doron has over 24 years of commercial and corporate law experience working with international companies, both as in-house and outside counsel.

In his career, Doron has also advised on joint ventures and investments in new technologies. He is the chairman of Aktiva Holdings BV, a private equity holding company in the Netherlands, and is a director in D.G.S. (Energy) Consulting & Entrepreneurship Ltd., a consulting firm primarily in the renewable energy and the project finance fields. Doron also serves as the Secretary of the amuta Maoz- Seal, a type of Israeli not-for-profit organization that aims to foster civic, moral, and leadership values within the public and nonprofit sectors by recruiting highly trained and exemplary individuals from the IDF and private sector.

Prior to joining PCZL, Doron began his professional career at Shugol & Co. in Tel Aviv. He worked as an in-house attorney for the Kansas Power & Light Company (KP&L), concentrating on joint ventures, and technology-related investments and collaborations. He served as of counsel at Shook, Hardy & Bacon in Kansas City, Missouri, and as a visiting professor of International Transactions at UMKC Law School. Doron also served as an in-house attorney at Elbit Ltd, a leading international contractor in the defense field.

Doron is a Barrister at Law of the Middle Temple, London.
