David is a Partner in the Patents, Litigation, Trademarks, Copyrights and Designs Groups in PCZL’s New York office. He has over 20 years of patent litigation experience at all levels, from trial to appeal, and he has been involved in a wide array of technologies for numerous multinational companies, including:
