About Clyde Shuman
Clyde is a Partner in the Litigation Group of PCZL’s New York office. Clyde has over 10 years' experience in patent and trademark litigation, prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings. He has litigated intellectual property matters for chemical, pharmaceutical, consumer product, medical device, and computer industry clients. A highly experienced litigator, Clyde has personally argued summary judgments and Markman hearings. He also counsels clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues, including trademark and unfair competition matters.
Prior to joining PCZL, Clyde was an associate at Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione.
