About Clyde Shuman

Clyde is a Partner in the Litigation group at PCZL's New York office. He has been litigating intellectual property disputes for over 10 years. He has extensive experience in patent and trademark litigation, and patent and trademark prosecution, as well as opposition and cancellation proceedings. He has litigated patent disputes in a variety of technologies, including: Near Field Communications devices, machine-to-machine communications, computer printer software, computer graphics subsystems, medical devices, and digital printing plates. He has also litigated trademark disputes involving multilevel computer marketing of nutritional supplements, as well as disputes involving Internet marketing of precious gemstones. His experience includes Markman hearings, trials and appeals.

Prior to joining PCZL, Clyde was an associate at Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione.
