About Christopher C. Roche
Christopher is an Associate in the Intellectual Property, Litigation and Patent Groups of PCZL’s New York office. Christopher concentrates his practice primarily on patent litigation, trade secret protection, IP agreements, and the patenting of computer-related inventions. Christopher has drafted and negotiated numerous IP licenses and development agreements. He has also represented artists in agreement negotiations, and in disputes involving contracts, copyright, and moral rights issues.
Prior to joining PCZL, Christopher was an associate at Kenyon & Kenyon in New York City, and Vetter & White in Providence, Rhode Island. Christopher served as Clerk to Justice Robert L. Clifford of the New Jersey Supreme Court. He graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) with a degree in fine arts.
Christopher is the recipient of the Rhode Island Bar Association Writing Award (1996), and the ASCAP-sponsored Nathan Burkan Award, University of Pittsburgh (1988).
